Connect the assistant you already use through MCP. Ask it to summarize the week’s conversations, find what is waiting, or suggest a reply. It saves suggestions as drafts; a person reviews and sends.

Let’s talkCan we keep our existing email address?
Yes. Forward messages from your existing mailbox into Alltended, so customers can keep writing to the address they know. Replies are sent from your allocated Alltended address, such as support@yourteam.alltended.com, with your organization’s name. Sending from your own domain is not included yet.
Do we pay for every person on the team?
No. One monthly price per organization covers unlimited team members and mailboxes. Email and storage allowances are shared across the organization, and we never charge overage automatically.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial. You pay at signup and get a 60-day money-back guarantee from your first payment: email us within 60 days and we refund every charge, no questions asked.
Can I connect my AI assistant?
Yes, at no extra cost. Connect an assistant that supports remote MCP connectors, choose which mailboxes it may read and whether it may add notes, change status or save reply drafts. It never sends email; your team reviews and sends. You pay your AI provider directly. The setup guide lists the clients we have tested.
What happens if we cancel?
Cancel any time in billing; the service runs until the end of the paid month. After that the organization is read-only for 30 days so you can export everything, then it is deleted. Remember to turn off forwarding to Alltended.

All your data is stored and processed within the European Union. Read our data processing agreement for more information.
