A few things to know about working together in Alltended.
Mailbox permissions
Administrators give teammates access to specific mailboxes. Viewers can read permitted conversations; replying and changing conversations require the appropriate permissions.
Internal notes and attachments
Internal notes are for authorized teammates and integrations with the relevant permissions. They are not included in the email reply sent to the customer. Attachments require access to their conversation; they are not public website files.
Integration access
Administrators can create scoped API keys, choosing permitted mailboxes and operations. Treat keys as secrets and revoke integrations you no longer use.
A guided MCP connection for AI assistants is in development. Its planned workflow starts with read access, with separately authorized triage and note actions. People will review and send suggested replies through Alltended. Supported client details will be published after testing.
